Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use are the service terms of Seeducation. By using Seeducation's services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users must regularly visit this platform to ensure they understand the latest Terms of Use.

Usage Regulations and Agreements

  1. Members who purchase courses on Seeducation may view the course content for a limited time, as marked on each course page. If marked as "permanent viewing", it means that the course content will be available for viewing during the service period of Seeducation. (Except for Tody的包租先修班與實戰班, which are excluded, the viewing period is limited to one year.) Single-course accounts are limited to single-purchase members only. Downloading, reproducing, publicly transmitting, reselling, publicly playing, or sharing course content is prohibited. Users who violate these regulations will be liable for all legal consequences arising from such infringement.
  2. Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China when using Seeducation's services and agree not to use Seeducation for any illegal or improper activities.
  3. Seeducation reserves the right to modify course content (including but not limited to images, graphics, flashcards, and lecture notes) for reasonable reasons and will notify members of such changes. Such notifications may be posted on the website, sent via email, or notified through other reasonable means.

Refund Policy

  1. Courses marked as "Start learning" can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the member has not yet accessed the course content.
  2. Courses marked as "Funding in progress" or "Funding successful" can be refunded before the official course launch.
  3. Courses marked as "Funding unsuccessful" will be fully refunded by us.

If a refund is required, please email us at service@seeds.com.tw to request a refund. We will process your request within 7 working days.

Intellectual Property Rights

Seeducation owns all rights to the content published on the website (the "Website Content"), including all rights, interests, and benefits arising therefrom, including copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Seeducation.

All materials and compilations on the website, including but not limited to information, files, videos, images, course introductions, instructor introductions, and FAQs, are owned by Seeducation. Your use of all materials and compilations on the website is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The design and layout of Seeducation are protected by copyright, design rights, trademarks, fair competition laws, and other laws, and shall not be partially or wholly reproduced or imitated.

Privacy Policy

We will not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent and authorization.

  1. To provide customized content and services, we may collect your personal data, including identification information (e.g., name, email address, mobile phone number, social media account), computer and mobile device data, cookies, and device location information.
  2. Seeducation complies with the privacy policies and regulations of Facebook and Google, and only uses the personal data collected with your authorization to assist Seeducation in providing services to you. When you log in with Facebook or Google, Seeducation only collects and uses your email address and gender information to provide customized content and services.
  3. When you purchase any course on Seeducation, the personal financial information you provide, including credit card information, will be collected and processed through our payment service partners. Seeducation will not collect or process the corresponding personal financial information.
  4. If you need to eliminate your personal data, please email us at service@seeds.com.tw to request account deletion. We will assist you as soon as possible.
